I'm excited to offer a program that helps you understand how to live a healthy lifestyle – no matter your weight, activity level, or limitations.

It's called Understand Healthy and is about more than losing weight.

Most diets promise quick results by drastic efforts. Understand Healthy cultivates lasting lifestyle change through progressive behavior modification and practicing healthy habits over time.

 

Because healthy looks different for everyone.

 

Every ‘body’ is different with distinctive genes, personalities, surroundings, and family histories. For that reason, Understand Healthy offers choice and variability, making it applicable for men and women of any age.

Understand Healthy lasts nearly 8 months for a reason. Bad habits form over time and must be unlearned. Good habits also take time to develop and maintain.

​

Understand Healthy anticipates those challenges and progresses in intervals to slowly produce a healthy lifestyle. The program consists of different options that you choose from and gradually focus on. The rationale behind each option is given in an understandable and manageable way.

 

By the end of the program, the goal is for you to have consistently formed 10 healthy habits intended to cultivate lasting lifestyle change.
